YMCA members belong to so much more than a gym. They are part of an organization dedicated to supporting the values and programs that strengthen communities. Let us show you how joining the Y can change your life, and your community!
At The Gateway Family YMCA, we recognize that our members are our biggest advocates. Member Rewards allows members to share a savings with the friends they refer as new members while enjoying full YMCA benefits. Help create a healthier community today!
YMCA Members are strongly encouraged to call the Y they intend to visit in advance to verify participation and ask about restrictions or updates.
At The Gateway Family YMCA, we partner with YMCAs across the country to provide the opportunity for our members to continue their wellness journey no matter where they live, work or play.
Through Nationwide Membership, Full Privilege YMCA Members of The Gateway Family YMCA have access to a network of over 2,600 participating Ys across the country and in Puerto Rico. Visit the Welcome Center to verify your eligibility and sign your Nationwide Membership waiver to save time when you travel!
Visit www.ymca.org to verify that the Y in the area you are traveling participates in Nationwide Membership. View the Know Before You Go document below for additional tips.

A Safe Environment
The YMCA conducts regular sex offender screenings on all members, participants and guests. If a sex offender match occurs, the YMCA will cancel membership, end program participation, and remove visitation access. All visiting individuals 18 and over must provide a government issued photo ID upon entry to any of our YMCA facilities, programs or services.
