If your YMCA Membership was on Temporary Hold, Medical Hold or you Canceled your membership within the last 30 days, you may utilize this online request to reactivate your recent YMCA Membership. Please note: YMCA staff will confirm this reactivation via email. In order to qualify for reactivation, your membership must be in good standing, with no outstanding balance due.
