SMALL GROUP CONDITIONING WITH KINESIS
Join a small group training class for 4 weeks to get some momentum. These 30 minute classes are designed to progress you from simple to complex movement patterns. Classes meet once a week for four weeks. Programs are held at the Wellness Center Branch.
