The Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program (BPSM) helps you develop healthy living behavior change strategies to better understand, manage and address high blood pressure. At each session, we discuss how to improve our eating habits and reduce sodium intake while also building the skills that lead to a healthier lifestyle.
