Youth flag football teaches your child the fundamentals of the game. The Y flag football program is for youth who want to learn how to play the sport, basic rules, and tactics. This program offers a challenging program focusing on fundamentals, skill development, good sportsmanship, and fun.
Soccer Bugs
Dribble, pass, shoot and score! Join our coaches for this unique introduction to the world’s most popular sport. Participants will learn basic skills soccer skills through fun drills and teamwork.
Youth Soccer (Ages 8-12)
Children will engage in learning basic dribbling, passing, and shooting drills necessary to play both soccer and basketball all while learning to be both socially and physically active.

Travel Basketball Team
Get competitive and try out for the co-ed Travel Basketball team! Our team will play other YMCAs in the area. There is a 13-14-year-old team and a 10-12-year-old team.
Go Kids Family Gym Time
Family fun with structure provided by youth program staff.
Sports Sampler
This class is a sample a variety of basic sports skills, build self-confidence and have fun. The Y’s Sports Sampler will introduce your kids to sports the Y has to offer in a fun atmosphere while cultivating the values, skill and relationships that lead positive behaviors and better health.
Sports Mix
Here is your chance to transition your child into their first sports coached class! Parents will join the action for the first three classes and then be encouraged to drop off. Enjoy the best of both worlds, seeing your child develop their sporting skills while they gain independence in the gym.
Sports Combo: Basketball & Soccer
Children will engage in learning basic dribbling, passing, and shooting drills necessary to play both Soccer and Basketball all while learning to be both socially and physically active. All children must wear proper attire (sweatpants, shorts, sneakers – no exceptions).
