Get Started Visit With a Wellness Coach

All Full Privilege YMCA Members receive a complimentary Get Started Visit with a Wellness Coach.  Scheduled your appointment today with the Welcome Center at your Y branch. The Wellness Coach will introduce you to all the amenities our health and well being center offers. These orientations are for your safety and to ensure knowledge on proper use of equipment, and tools to reach your goals. A Get Started Visit is customized to meet your individual needs, interests and goals!

Semi-Private Personal Training includes 2 individuals for 45-minute, 4 class sessions. At the Y, our Personal Trainers are here to assist you in reaching your wellness goals. Whether you are just beginning your wellness journey or you are ready to reach new heights in your workout, using a YMCA Personal Trainer is a great way to get results and stay on track! Our dedicated staff work with you to provide the direction, accountability and motivation you need to succeed. Your Personal Trainer will design your unique workouts and share new forms of training under a watchful eye, while challenging you to be your best. Private Yoga Personal Training

Private Yoga Sessions is a specialty extension of our Personal Training sessions, with a specific focus. Classes are held for 45-minute, 4 class sessions. Yoga builds a strong body, mind and spirit. Private Yoga Sessions are tailored to the individual and where you are in your Yoga journey, allowing you to reach new heights in your workout. Yoga practice can include Yoga postures, breathing exercises and a mind focus to improve balance, strength and flexibility or props. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Your Personal Trainer will design your unique workouts and share new forms of training under a watchful eye, while challenging you to be your best.
