UNION COUNTY, NJ — The Gateway Family YMCA was awarded a grant of $2,500 from Finance of America Cares in support of the Dudley House Veterans Transitional Housing Program in Plainfield, NJ.

“We appreciate the support provided by Finance of America Cares at this critical time,” stated Krystal R. Canady, CEO, The Gateway Family YMCA. “The Gateway Family YMCA has provided housing and social services since 1900, and we remain dedicated to supporting this vulnerable population.”

The Dudley House Veterans Transitional Housing Program provides residential housing and support for veterans in a 24-hour-a-day program combined with wrap-around social services, including employment training, case management, and behavioral and mental health services.
